The company offers consulting services in the fields of power generation, mechanical, environmental, industrial, civil, structural and agricultural engineering, and integrated environmental management.

MBB’s focus is to provide its clients with solutions to meet their unique needs through feasibility studies, conceptual planning, detailed design, implementation management, resource planning, project management, system evaluation and optimization, post development operations and business plans.

Ulric Taylor
A strategic relationship was formed by Visual Energy with Ulric Taylor of Cape Town. Ulric assists with strategic planning, and is responsible to enable Visual Energy to find potential clients, to establish strategic relationships with such clients, and to source the necessary funding for the company's energy generation projects.

Ulric has a background in strategy consulting and in property development. He holds degrees in business administration, journalism and theology from the Wits Business School, Rhodes University and the University of Stellenbosch. At present Ulric practices as a strategy consultant, with a focus on energy and power markets in Sub Saharan Africa.

Chris Roed
Furthermore, Visual Energy formed a strategic relationship with Chris Roed and Watermarc Consulting Engineers of Cape Town. Chris and Watermarc have worked on numerous renewable and energy efficiency projects in South Africa and elsewhere in Africa, such as solar powered pump stations, biogas production plants, and gas powered vehicles, as well as remote power stations.

Watermarc has been and continues to pioneer the use of Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) as an alternative energy source, for heating and cooking, to households through centralized gas depots. This ensures that the overall energy supply is more efficiently used, and therefore the contribution to green house gases is reduced.

Chris is responsible to assist with the finding of potential clients for Visual Energy, for the engineering consultancy work of the resultant power generation projects, and for the LPG gas installations where required.
